Garrett Wulfsohn joined Smith Blake Hill LLC as an experienced associate in 2016. He concentrates his practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on defending medical malpractice claims.  He has extensive experience in representing physicians, physician groups, hospitals and other healthcare providers in a variety of medical specialties.  In addition to his practice defending claims of medical negligence, Mr. Wulfsohn has successfully defended clients in premise liability claims, products liability claims and non-commercial auto claims.  Mr. Wulfsohn is intimately involved in all aspects of litigation.  He has successfully represented clients in arbitration and has obtained numerous favorable verdicts at trial as the lead attorney.

Mr. Wulfsohn obtained his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2013.  While earning his degree, Mr. Wulfsohn clerked for the Felony Trial Division of the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office where he successfully prosecuted criminals using his 711 license.  He also participated in several national mock trial competitions and earned the CALI Excellence Award for Litigation Strategy: Pretrial, Criminal.
