Kyle Sullivan practices in civil litigation, concentrating on medical malpractice defense, including the representation of physicians and hospitals in complex matters.

 

Before joining SBH, Kyle worked for the Office of the State Appellate Defender. There, he represented indigent criminal defendants in both direct and collateral appeals before every state Appellate Court in Illinois. 

 

Kyle is a proud undergraduate alumnus of the University of Iowa and received his Juris Doctor from DePaul University’s College of Law. While in law school, Kyle served as associate editor on DePaul’s Law Review and as president of the American Constitution Society. Moreover, he worked for a Plaintiff’s firm that handled employment and complex civil litigation.
