
Austin Montbriand practices civil litigation with a concentration in medical malpractice defense.
In 2024, Austin graduated from the Marquette University Law School. While attending, clerked for a prominent plaintiff’s personal injury firm in Milwaukee and served as Managing Editor of the Marquette University Sports Law Review. Austin earned his bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Sport & Tourism from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Before joining Smith Blake Hill LLC, Austin practiced at a general practice firm where he worked on a broad range of civil matters, including commercial litigation, real estate transactions, estate planning, and business formation, gaining experience in oral advocacy, client communication, and practical problem-solving.
