Litigation Paralegal
Smith Blake Hill LLC is seeking a litigation paralegal to join our busy trial practice. Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a litigation paralegal and must be proficient in billing their time. Knowledge of medical terms would be beneficial. Tasks include obtaining and managing discovery documents and medical records, recruiting and supporting expert witnesses, overseeing witness depositions, maintaining open communication with clients, and assisting in all aspects of the trial litigation process. A working knowledge of Office365 is required; knowledge of NetDocuments and Sharefile would be helpful. A partial work-from-home schedule is available. Principals only. Associate Attorney
Smith Blake Hill LLC is excited to offer an opening for a litigation associate attorney to enhance our medical malpractice defense team. The ideal candidate should possess 2-5 years of litigation experience. Responsibilities include drafting legal briefs, conducting and defending depositions, preparing pleadings, and participating in courtroom proceedings, including routine motions and jury trials. Proven experience in these areas will be highly regarded. Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills are essential to thrive in this role.
