Smith Blake Hill LLC is excited to offer an opening for a litigation associate attorney to enhance our medical malpractice defense team. We specialize in representing hospitals, physicians, and long-term care facilities. This role presents a unique chance for you to advance your legal career within a vibrant and challenging practice area.

We seek a driven and dedicated individual eager to contribute to our team's success. A valid Illinois law license is a prerequisite for this position. The ideal candidate should possess 2-5 years of litigation experience. Responsibilities include drafting legal briefs, conducting and defending depositions, preparing pleadings, and participating in courtroom proceedings, including routine motions and jury trials. Proven experience in these areas will be highly regarded. Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills are essential to thrive in this role.
