Kevin Fleming practices in the area of civil litigation, concentrating on medical malpractice defense. Prior to joining Smith Blake Hill, Mr. Fleming was a staff attorney with the Illinois Appellate Court, First District, where he assisted Justices in the drafting of their opinions.
Mr. Fleming obtained his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 2017, where he was a recipient of Dean’s List Honors. While earning his degree, he clerked for the Illinois Attorney General’s Office and a prominent personal injury firm. He received his undergraduate degree from Marquette University in Criminology.
