Mark Smith Inducted as a Fellow of The American College of Trial Lawyers

SBH congratulates partner Mark Smith on his induction this past weekend in Washington, D.C., as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Since its founding in 1950, the American College of Trial Lawyers has been a leading voice for excellence in trial advocacy in the United States and Canada. For 75 years, the College has upheld its mission to preserve and enhance trial practice, professionalism, civility, and the administration of justice. The College remains committed to the foundational principles of an independent judiciary, trial by jury, access to justice, and the rule of law. Fellowship in the College is extended by invitation only to those lawyers who demonstrate the highest level of skill, integrity, and ethical conduct.
