Ms. Nora dedicates her practice to the defense of healthcare providers and facilities.  Her physician clients specialize in all areas of medicine.  Ms. Nora frequently represents medical corporations and practices in addition to hospitals, nurses, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities.  She has worked with locum tenens physicians, travel and agency nurses and veteran's facilities and hospitals.  Ms. Nora also has experience representing mental health professionals, physical, occupational, and speech therapists, ultrasound and neuromonitoring specialists, and home healthcare providers.  She has handled cases involving problems stemming from the complexities of electronic medical record keeping.  Her broad range of experience grants her a unique perspective that she brings to the representation of each of her individual clients.

Ms. Nora is an aggressive litigator.  She represents clients in state and federal court.  She is admitted to the State Bar of Illinois, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Illinois, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.  She has successfully represented clients through the litigation process, including at trial and mediation.  She has secured defense verdicts for her clients, but also recognizes the value of obtaining alternative prompt resolutions to cases.  Ms. Nora has also successfully represented her clients through the appellate process and represents providers in licensing matters. 

Ms. Nora is invested in providing exceptional representation to her clients.  She actively works with her partners to mentor and train associates so they are able to provide the same high-quality representation.  

Ms. Nora was born in Chicago and earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  She earned her J.D. from The John Marshall Law School.  While in Law School, she served as the Executive Justice of the Moot Court Honors Board and actively competed in several moot court competitions, winning awards for her briefs.  She authored publications in Chicago Hospital News and the Tulane Sports Lawyer Journal.  Ms. Nora has been recognized by the Chicago Law Bulletin as an Emerging Lawyer and Leading Lawyer.
